• Make sure to use the website https://account.firehousesubs.com/auth/sign-in
• screenshot/save acct details (phone number/name)
• click on rewards and activate the rewards you want
• Order at register
• Tell them you want to redeem (the already activated) rewards with the phone number.
• Enter the phone number on credit card pad

Note: Every reward requires a purchase, So you can just buy the cheapest item on the menu.
